Roasting your own peanuts is a healthy way to create the snack loads of people love. It’s very easy and a great chance to experiment.
250g of peanuts with skins on
1 tbsp of olive oil
Other flavourings. I used paprika but you could you chilli powder, curry powder, garlic powder the choice is yours.
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
2. Next, lay your peanuts on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the nuts and stir, ensuring all the nuts get a good coating.
4. Then simply sprinkle with your chosen flavourings and bake for 10 minutes, stir and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
5. Let cool and enjoy.
